I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in Tennessee. I currently offer psychotherapy services via telehealth. I have been in practice for 7+ years. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and I am additionally trained in a multitude of psychotherapy modalities (e.g. CBT, MI, ACT) and have knowledge of DBT and IFS (parts-work) which I often integrate into sessions. I specialize in trauma and work with individuals of all ages. I have a true passion for helping others heal by providing a safe space for processing some of life's most difficult experiences.
